The Royal Botanic Garden and The Calyx are one of the best places to visit in Sydney.
And to make them a little bit more special from October 4 to November 30 the gardens will be host to the Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail.
The Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail originates from Port Macquarie and it’s goal is to raise awareness of our cute and cuddly but also endangered Koalas. The Trail aims to promote koala conservation and conservation of other threatened animal and plant species in Australia.
The trail is comprised of one metre tall, individually painted fibreglass koalas.
The Royal Botanic Gardens will be home to 20 of these cute critters and its FREE for everyone to come and see them.
Kids and adults will love going on an exciting ‘treasure hunt’ across the Garden to find each koala.
Make sure to also read our blog on The best things to do in the Royal Botanic Garden this spring. Enjoy the Spring Walk, Calyx and the amazing wildflower displays.
