McMahons Point is located on the lower North Shore of Sydney right near Luna Park and Milsons Point (with Berrys Bay to the west and Lavender Bay to the east). It is accessed by ferry or a walk from North Sydney train station.
The key attraction of McMahons Point is Blues Point Reserve. This small reserve offers great harbour views along with a small playground, picnic tables and seats.
The reserve is well known for its mature Port Jackson and Morton Bay figs . There is also a small harbour beach.
Located within the reserve are toilets and a bubbler.
Dogs are welcome however they are not permitted within 10m of the playground.
