Parramatta Park is a huge park located in Parramatta. There is a lot to see and do here including:
Taking a guided or self-guided tour
Making use of the walking or cycling paths
Exploring the gardens and meeting the local wildlife
Playing at one of the two playgrounds
Bring a picnic and enjoy all this park has to offer.
The best entry points for pedestrians are from O’Connell, Pitt, Macquarie and George Streets on the eastern boundary; Queens Road and Park Avenue to the west, and the Great Western Highway to the south.
The park is very big (85 hectares!) so consult the park map before heading out there.
Entry is FREE but parking fees apply.
