The White Rabbit Gallery is dedicated to showcasing 21st centure Chinese art. The gallery includes around 2,500 works by more than 500 artists.
The super cool gallery building, which was previously a Rolls-Royce service depot in the 1940s, was completely refitted as an exhibition space. There are two new exhibitions a year, each involving a full rehang. For this reason, the Gallery closes during installations, usually in February and August. For details on current and upcoming exhibitions check out their website.
The White Rabbit Gallery is a registered charitable institution funded solely by Judith Neilson.
There is also a Teahouse on site that servesĀ snacks (such as dumplings) and a wide range of Chinese and Taiwanese teas.
Getting around the gallery’s three floors is easy with either stairs or a lift.
Admission is FREE!
