The Sydney Bus Museum is a firm favourite with Sydney-siders. Located in in the former Tempe Bus Depot, the museum is all about buses!

Excitingly their annual Night in the Deckers event is coming up. This is a great event and one for all the family.

The event will be held on Saturday 13 July 2019 from 5.00pm till late.

Visitors will get the opportunity to explore the Sydney Bus Museum Tram Sheds under their very cool night lights.

You’ll also be able to take a ride aboard one of their historic double decker buses. Bus rides will run during the evening between the CBD (Queen Victoria Building), the Sydney Bus Museum at Leichhardt and Milsons Point. Travelling across the Sydney Harbour Bridge will be a highlight. – across the Sydney Harbour Bridge. 

Guests will also have the opportunity to snap a few pics at Milsons Point.

This is a sell-out event so make sure to get your tickets early.


Admission costs are as follows:

  • Adults: $15.00
  • Children: (aged 4 -16) $10.00
  • Concession: $10.00
  • Family: (2 Adults and 2 Children) $35.00

Some food and drinks will be available for purchase during the evening. There will also be musical entertainment to keep you on the move.

Tickets include:

  • Return transfer and unlimited rides aboard historic double-decker buses operating between the Sydney Bus Museum, Milsons Point and the CBD (Queen Victoria Building)

  • Access to the Sydney Bus Museum between 5.00pm – 10.00pm.

The Sydney Bus Museum is all about buses! Visitors get the opportunity to see an amazing collection of buses from 1924 to today. It is an interactive museum with visitors able to enter many of the buses and see what it was like to travel in some of these historic rides.
